Army teams and emergency crews searched early Friday for four Fort Hood soldiers missing after a truck overturned in a fast-flowing flooded creek during a training exercise at the sprawling Army base in Central Texas.

Flood-weary Texans were bracing for heavy rain and possible flooding as the remnants of Tropical Storm Bill crept farther inland, moving north across the central part of the state.
